Neurodiversity Together partners a unique blend of lived experience of neurodivergence alongside a significant management consultancy career, with a specific focus on topics including people, culture, change, learning, org design and HR transformation in order to:

  • enable neurodiverse individuals achieve their full potential

  • make workplace culture more inclusive

  • help organisations understand and maximise the commercial value of embracing neurodiversity at work.

  • We have a unique blend of lived experience and delivering complex change projects across entirety of the end-to-end employee life cycle.

  • We look at the whole picture, for example, the commercial and cultural value of neurodiversity and the role that everyone plays (including neurodivergent people) in making a workplace neuro-inclusive.

  • We develop change and learning journies based on your needs.

    Some examples of our work include:

    • Enabling managers to better support their neurodivergent people

    • Upskilling recruiters on creating best practice for neuro-inclusive recruitment

    • Coaching neurodivergent people to maximise their career

  • As well as reviewing and optimising your employee and manager processes, HR system, policies or strategies for neurodiversity, we can also embed and build lasting change throughout your organisation.

    We can also provide Neurodiversity Health Checks where we provide you with recommendations and map your organisation’s neuro-inclusivity against our Neurodiversity Maturity Matrix.

  • We have a broad library of talks that we can cater to your needs.

    Our talks contain a range of topics accounting for different industries, roles and job function, as well as where you are on your neurodiversity journey.
